Great post Nobu. It continues to surprise me that there are still many agents (let alone brokerage firms) resisting the move to technologies such as Google Maps, Base and social media platforms. This is one of the things we are helping agents and brokerage firms adapt in their marketing efforts. While we do automatically provide agents and brokerages with these kinds of tools, many of the listings people post with us are showing on the first page of the Google search engine result pages (SERPs) for relevant phrases.
The sooner agents and brokerages realize that technologies such as these are to be embraced, the better off they will be. Granted, it’s understandable that there may be hesitations and fears to try new technologies (as there is with trying anything for the first time), but anyone can achieve amazing results with technology that is readily available.
Timely and smart. This is precisely the aspects that separate the surviving from the thriving. Thanks for the reminder!
Great article. Thankfully I do not have to worry about this. Our MLS does this for us.
Great Article! I always like to stay on top of the best technologies for real estate, etc.!!!
